The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The owner was lovely and provided excellent service. It was very easy to get to the hotel either by bus or taxi. The location was convenient, with local conveniences and a pub within walking distance. I felt secure with the key for both doors.
Nothing.

This is a wonderful little b&b in a residential area a short walk to a local park, bus service into the city of Belfast, and taxi service. It was a great place for me to stay on my first visit to Belfast. Aoifa and Anthony were very attentive hosts. The bus takes only 15 minutes or so to get to City Centre. The same bus can take you to Belfast Castle. It also has good internet connection.

The location of our accommodation was perfect - just outside the city centre. We had the opportunity to explore the vibrant Cathedral Quarter, which was only a 25-minute walk away. the contemporary decor of our room provided a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. the homemade breakfast was a delightful touch, adding to our overall pleasant experience.
the sound of honking horns from cabs picking up passengers early in the morning disturbed our sleep.

Only stayed a single night in this lovely, simple B&B and could not have asked for more: a friendly greeting, a comfortable bed and a continental breakfast with nice coffee, cheeses, meat, home-made breads and jams.

The breakfast was good and filling, and the location was quite convenient with easy access to public transport. the staff were friendly and always offered assistance with anything we asked for.
Our experience was ruined by the unpleasant odor of cigarette smoke that filled our entire room, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Despite our efforts to reach out to the owner and resolve the issue, we never received a response.

It is friendly, very well run and with an amazingly diverse continental breakfast, probably the best we've ever had. Our last-minute change of plans was handled seamlessly and our sincere thanks go to Aoife who is doing a truly excellent job.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my computer and she directed me to the place that could repair it. WiFi was very good. The house had been decorated with a lot of loving care. The continental style breakfast with very good with some homemade items. Parrking was easy to find on the street.

The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. I loved the contemporary decor and it made my stay feel cozy and welcoming. The homemade breakfast was a nice touch and added to the overall enjoyable experience. the location was great. It was very easy to get to the hotel from the airport and there were convenient transportation options available nearby.
There was a mix-up with my reservation. It was quite frustrating, especially after spending time researching and selecting the right accommodation for my trip.
